F.I.T. Tips: Movement Flow Challenge - Get Started!

Keeping inline with the promotion of physical activity and movement from our previous post The Benefits Of Exercise Beyond Weight Loss: Part 1, this month we’re throwing out a nice gentle flow movement challenge for you to participate in. This flow is an easy way to get moving on a regular basis, and next month we’ll add some body weight strength exercises to add to your routine.

All it takes to commit is 3 times a week for 1 month. This flow can be done within 5 minutes, and with consistency you will notice a change! So, follow along with the video where I provide a demonstration and cues for you to get the most out of the flow.

Feel free to repeat segments of the flow or the entire flow a few times if you feel the need!

Share this and get your friends and family involved so that you can encourage one another and talk about the changes that you start to feel.
