If you are experiencing shoulder discomfort or pain, this band assisted mobility flow might help.
This is a full run through of the entire flow. For a 3 part instructional break down series of this flow is available at these links:

Part 2: https://youtu.be/C10rVWlj2bg
Part 3: https://youtu.be/XWPwL5Y2KDU The use of the band allows us to add a little bit of traction to help create some space and allow the shoulder to naturally recenter itself reducing friction and discomfort. Since the shoulder joint is generally an unstable joint, I must stress that the traction used is gentle. Once we have the joint in a better position to move, we begin to use an active succussive motion to promote the production of the nourishing lubricating synovial fluid within the joint. This also helps activate and pump blood into the dynamic stabilizers surrounding the shoulder complex to re-establish a mind muscle connection with those muscles as well as nourish the tissue with blood flow. This is a great flow that can be used in a warm-up, for recovery or general maintenance. The tempo can be manipulated to suit the context that you are applying it to.
