With the arrival of beautiful Spring weather many of us have been out walking more frequently. That’s fantastic, but to reap the full benefits of this healthy habit we need to be a little more conscious of how we’re walking. Most of us take for granted our natural ability to walk and don’t give it much thought, and I bet that you never think of what your feet and toes are actually doing. But if you want to keep that spring in your step as you age and loosen up those tight hips, here’s what you need to do.
