These are a couple of my favorite back stretches and can be done with a simple doorframe.
When I starting writing this section for our monthly-ish newsletter, it quickly morphed into the article previously posted on this blog. That article might seem to contrast this video, however that's not to say that these stretches aren't beneficial in the right context.
